Decision-making is a strategic leadership function that determines an organization's direction and sustainability, even though it often involves facing uncertainty, limited information, and emotional pressure. This study employs a qualitative method based on library research. Data were gathered from biblical texts, leadership and management books, and relevant journal articles, then analyzed using content analysis and a hermeneutical approach to the biblical texts. The findings reveal that effective decision-making requires a systematic process and the integration of rational deliberation, collaborative participation, the courage to take risks, and emotional management. From a Christian perspective, this process is perfected through seeking God's will via prayer, the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and divine wisdom. Christian leaders are called upon to make decisions that are not only organizationally effective but also grounded in truth, love, and justice, for the glory of God and the well-being of the organization.
