Introduction: Stroke is a leading cause of disability, resulting in motor impairments such as hemiparesis. Home-based care for stroke patients is primarily provided by caregivers who often lack the adequate knowledge and skills to perform ROM exercises, this creates a risk of complications, such as joint contractures, and hinders the recovery of the patient's motor function. Objective: This Community Service activity aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of stroke patient caregivers in performing ROM exercises independently, safely, and correctly at home. Method: The activity was conducted in three main stages, health education regarding stroke and ROM, practical ROM training using demonstration and re-demonstration methods, and the provision of leaflets as supplementary educational material for independent home practice. The activity took place on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, within the service area of the Lenteng Community Health Center (Puskesmas), involving 20 stroke patient caregivers as participants, supported by health professionals from the center. Result: The results demonstrated an improvement in the caregivers' knowledge and skills following the activity series, as measured by pre-tests, post-tests, and skill observation checklists. Conclusion: There was an improvement in the caregivers' knowledge and skills regarding the safe and correct performance of ROM exercises for stroke patients. This activity is expected to assist caregivers in providing care and supporting the rehabilitation of stroke patients at home.
