This study aims to analyze the influence of the Telegram Digital Attendance System and work discipline on employee productivity at the Wajo Regency Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) Secretariat, both partially and simultaneously. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected from 37 respondents via questionnaires. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS version 25. Instrument testing results indicated that all statement items were valid (calculated r > 0.325) and reliable (Cronbach’s Alpha between 0.771 and 0.810). The results show that the Telegram Digital Attendance System did not have a significant effect on employee productivity (β = 0.169; calculated t = 0.978; p = 0.335), whereas work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee productivity (β = 0.549; calculated t = 3.053; p = 0.004). Simultaneously, both variables significantly influenced employee productivity (calculated F = 13.338; p = 0.000), with a coefficient of determination of 0.440, indicating that the two variables explained 44% of the outcome, while the remaining 56% was explained by factors outside the model. These findings suggest that while the Telegram system still serves as a means for recording attendance—and thus should be integrated into performance management—improving work discipline must be a primary focus to enhance employee productivity.
