This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the health education program for members of Koperasi Mitra Dhuafa (KOMIDA) and evaluate the role of health cadres in enhancing members' health-related knowledge. Employing a quantitative approach, this research involved 100 respondents in the Regional R area of Bandung Regency, selected through a survey method. Data were analyzed using descriptive techniques and path analysis to examine both direct and indirect effects between variables. The results indicate that the health education program effectively strengthens the role of cadres, thereby significantly improving members' health knowledge. Statistically, the role of health cadres proved to be an effective mediating variable, with an indirect effect (57.3%) being more dominant than the direct effect (32.7%). With a coefficient of determination (R²) showing a substantial contribution, this study concludes that optimizing the role of health cadres is the primary key to ensuring the sustainability and success of health education programs for all KOMIDA members.
