This study examines the effect of transformational leadership and work motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) through employee engagement among Generation Z employees at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jambi. A quantitative survey design was employed. The population comprised 167 Generation Z employees, and 118 respondents were selected using the Slovin formula and simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings show that transformational leadership and work motivation have positive and significant effects on both employee engagement and OCB. Employee engagement has a positive and highly significant effect on OCB and partially mediates the relationships between transformational leadership and OCB as well as between work motivation and OCB. Work motivation is the strongest predictor, while transformational leadership is significant but exerts a smaller effect. The results suggest that improving OCB among Generation Z employees in a regional bank is more effective when work motivation and employee engagement are strengthened, supported by consistent transformational leadership at the divisional level.
