Adolescent girls are a vulnerable group to reproductive health problems due to limited knowledge of clean and healthy living behaviors. Health education using engaging media is needed to facilitate better understanding of health information. This study aimed to analyze the effect of reproductive health education using Pop-Up Book media on the knowledge of clean and healthy living behaviors among female students at the Az-Zainiyah Area of Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School. This study employed a pre-experimental design with a One Group Pre-test Post-test Design approach. The sample consisted of 87 female students selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected using a knowledge questionnaire administered before and after the intervention. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analyses with the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test at a significance level of α = 0.05. Before the education, most respondents had a low level of knowledge, comprising 48 respondents (55.2%). After the education, most respondents had a moderate level of knowledge, comprising 53 respondents (60.9%), while 34 respondents (39.1%) had a high level of knowledge, and no respondents remained in the low category. The test results showed Z = -8.172 and Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000 (p < 0.05). Reproductive health education using Pop-Up Book media had a significant effect on improving knowledge of clean and healthy living behaviors among female students
