This study examines whether work discipline, the work environment, and compensation strengthen employee job satisfaction in a reinsurance brokerage company. Survey data were collected from all 52 permanent employees of Insurance Company using a saturated sampling approach. The constructs were measured through a five-point Likert questionnaire and analyzed with partial least squares structural equation modeling. After removing indicators with inadequate loadings, the measurement model showed acceptable convergent validity and internal consistency. The structural model explained 87.1% of the variance in job satisfaction and showed predictive relevance. Work discipline had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (β = 0.285; p = 0.012), the work environment produced the strongest positive effect (β = 0.423; p < 0.000), and compensation also had a positive and significant effect (β = 0.269; p = 0.021).
