The low level of reading literacy among third-grade elementary school students in learning about natural and human-made features indicates the need for more interactive learning media to support the learning process. This study aimed to develop a Digital Pop-Up Book and examine its validity, effectiveness, and practicality in improving students’ reading literacy. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model, which consists of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The subjects were 29 third-grade students at SDN Bondongan. The study was conducted from May 11 to 22, 2026. The results showed that the developed media obtained an average validation score of 94%, categorized as highly feasible, based on assessments by material, media, and language experts. The effectiveness test showed an increase in the average reading literacy score from 63.4 in the pretest to 89.1 in the posttest, with an N-Gain score of 0.71, categorized as high. Furthermore, the practicality test yielded student and teacher responses of 82% and 85%, respectively, both categorized as very good. These findings indicate that the Digital Pop-Up Book meets the criteria of feasibility, effectiveness, and practicality and can be used as an alternative IPAS learning medium to support the improvement of reading literacy among third-grade elementary school students.
