This research aims to analyze the implementation of health education at Posyandu as a non-formal education strategy for families in the Batu City area. The method used was community service activities through direct observation during an internship program at the Batu City Office of Women’s Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control, and Family Planning. The results of the study indicate that Posyandu in Batu City has integrated non-formal education functions through a 5-table service system, where “Table 5” serves as a special education space that is flexible and dialogic. The participants of the educational sessions include primary targets (pregnant women, toddlers, the elderly), secondary targets (families), and tertiary targets (community leaders). The educational process is conducted using a critical pedagogy approach that positions participants as active agents, supported by the use of visual media and demonstrations. The conclusion of this study is that Posyandu effectively functions as a community learning space capable of improving family health literacy and the quality of life of the community through participatory non-formal education.
