Artificial Intelligence (AI) training is currently widely conducted through various technology-based learning channels. The primary objective of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of an AI education program facilitated by Nortis' Academy, by comparing participants' learning outcomes in online and offline formats. A quantitative comparative design was applied, involving a population of 36 individuals: 15 online and 21 offline respondents. Instruments utilized final evaluation scores from three training sessions. Based on the non-parametric Mann-Whitney U Test, a significance value of 0.016 < 0.05 was obtained, confirming a statistically significant difference in learning outcomes. The online group's average evaluation score (94.42) proved superior to the offline group (89.33). This superiority is supported by digital adaptability and minimal distractions. The conclusion shows that digital-native skills training is more effective online. These findings contribute to educational technology, acting as a foundation for designing future digital learning strategies.
