Abstrak: This study aims to determine the effect of village apparatus work discipline on public service satisfaction in Tanjungkerta Village, Pagerageung District, Tasikmalaya Regency. The research method used is quantitative descriptive causal with a sample of 95 heads of households selected using purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression after being transformed through the Method of Successive Interval (MSI). The results of descriptive analysis show that the work discipline of village apparatus is in the “Fair” (Cukup) category (score 2,568), while public service satisfaction is in the “Good” (Baik) category (score 2,969). Based on hypothesis testing, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on public service satisfaction partially (t-count = 9.823 > t-table = 1.986; sig. 0.000 < 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) shows that the work discipline variable contributes 50.9% in explaining public service satisfaction, while the remaining 49.1% is influenced by other factors outside the model. Time compliance and physical presence integrity dimensions are critical aspects requiring substantive improvement to optimize public service quality
