Total Knee Replacement (TKR) is a surgical procedure performed to replace a severely damaged knee joint caused by osteoarthritis. Patients following TKR commonly experience pain, limited range of motion (ROM), decreased muscle strength, and impaired functional ability, requiring appropriate physiotherapy management. This case study was conducted on a patient following Total Knee Replacement at RSUD Bandung Kiwari who underwent six physiotherapy sessions. Outcome measures included the Visual Analog Scale (VAS), goniometric assessment, Manual Muscle Testing (MMT), and the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC). The intervention program consisted of ultrasound, ankle pumping exercise, knee extension exercise, and heel slide exercise. The results demonstrated a reduction in pain, improvement in knee joint range of motion, increased muscle strength, and enhanced functional ability in performing daily activities. These findings indicate that the combination of ultrasound and exercise therapy was effective in supporting the rehabilitation process and improving functional outcomes in a patient following Total Knee Replacement at RSUD Bandung Kiwari.
