Structured and sustainable football coaching is a key factor in producing quality athletes, where Football Schools (SSB) serve as a strategic platform for developing technical, physical, mental, and character aspects of young athletes. Coaching effectiveness depends not only on athlete ability, but also on human resource quality, organizational management, facilities, and continuous program evaluation. This study aimed to evaluate football coaching at SSB SKB Grogol, Kediri Regency in 2026 using a descriptive qualitative approach, with subjects including managers, coaches, and athletes through purposive sampling. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation, then analyzed through reduction, presentation, verification, and conclusion drawing. Results indicated that human resources, organizational, and facilities aspects had generally run well, although supporting infrastructure remains limited. It is concluded that coaching at SSB SKB Grogol is quite effective; however, improvements in management, facilities, and sustainable programs are still needed to optimally support athlete achievement.
