This study examines how Emotional Value, Brand Trust, and Customer Engagement shape Repurchase Intention among consumers of Buttonscarves, a premium Indonesian modest-fashion brand. Survey data from 120 Buttonscarves customers selected through purposive sampling were analysed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Emotional Value had positive and significant effects on Brand Trust, Customer Engagement, and Repurchase Intention, and Customer Engagement had a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention. Brand Trust, however, had no significant effect on either Customer Engagement or Repurchase Intention. The findings indicate that, in a premium and identity-laden fashion category, repeat purchasing is sustained mainly through an affective and engagement-based route rather than a trust-based route. The study extends consumer loyalty research to premium modest fashion and suggests that managers should prioritise emotionally meaningful experiences and active customer engagement rather than relying on brand trust alone
