<![CDATA[This study examines the effects of work experience, workload, and educational background on employee performance at CV. Citra Langgeng Cemerlang, Pasar Kemis, Tangerang Regency. A quantitative survey design was employed. The population and sample consisted of 70 employees selected using saturated sampling. Data were collected through a five-point Likert questionnaire and analyzed using validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, Pearson correlation, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results show that work experience has no significant effect on performance (B=-0.051; p=0.654), while workload has a positive and significant effect (B=0.779; p=0.001) and educational background has a positive and significant effect (B=0.485; p=0.035). Simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly affect employee performance (F=46.860; p<0.001). The R² value of 0.681 indicates that 68.1% of performance variation is explained by the model, while 31.9% is explained by factors outside the model. The findings highlight the importance of workload management and educational-job alignment, while work experience should be integrated with competency development and performance evaluation.]]>
