<![CDATA[Regional cooperation management involving local governments, institutions, and third parties requires accurate, integrated, and accessible information management. The Cooperation Section of Bekasi Regency Government still faces challenges in managing cooperation documents, monitoring agreements, and preparing reports due to manual and less integrated processes. This research aims to develop a web-based Sikerjasada Information System using the CodeIgniter framework to improve the effectiveness of cooperation data management. The research method applies the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model consisting of requirement planning, user design, construction, and implementation stages. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The developed system provides features for cooperation data management, document management, monitoring of cooperation periods, and automatic reporting. System design was performed using Unified Modeling Language (UML), while testing used White Box Testing, Black Box Testing, and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) evaluation. The research results show that the system can organize cooperation information more systematically, accelerate data searching and reporting processes, and support transparency in cooperation monitoring.
