The rapid development of internet-based communication technology has encouraged the use of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) as an efficient and cost-effective communication solution. However, the quality of VoIP communication is highly dependent on network performance. This study aims to implement a VoIP system using the Zoiper application within a VirtualBox-based virtual environment and analyze its Quality of Service (QoS) performance. This research was conducted in the Technology Information Student Organization (UKM Teknologi Informasi) as a case study of internal communication implementation. The method used includes designing a virtual network topology, configuring a VoIP server and Zoiper client, and conducting voice communication testing. QoS parameters such as delay, jitter, packet loss, and throughput were measured using network traffic analysis tools. The results show that the implemented VoIP system is able to provide stable voice communication with QoS values within acceptable standards. Therefore, the combination of VirtualBox and Zoiper proves to be an effective solution for learning and simulating VoIP systems in an organizational environment.
