Abstract

The research objective is to produce a gadget sales information system that can simplify the process of recording sales data to sales reports. According to observations and interviews that the author did at PT Kafilah Teknologi Indonesia in processing gadget sales data, all of which still use the manual method, namely recording in the books so that errors often occur. in calculating reporting and which often vary, this can hamper the process of financial reporting performance. The research method used in the Design of Gadget Sales Information Systems at PT. This Indonesian Technology Caravan is grounded research, which is a research method based on facts and using comparative analysis which aims to generalize epirisses, establish concepts, prove theories, and develop theories where data collection and data analysis run at the same time. In addition, the authors also conducted research with data collection methods by means of Observation, Interview and Documentation. After the author designed the Gadget Sales Information System, the author can help build a prototype so that the results are useful for the company so that it is expected to be more effective and accurate.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assist tourists in providing information on tourist services for the waterfall at the foot of Mount Salak, so as to produce precise and accurate information reports. The development method used in this research is the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) system. SDLC System Development Method This SDLC method is a method with a system development and design process through several stages, starting from system planning to operation and maintenance. Data collection methods used in this study are: observation, interviews, and literature study. This research produces an application that can assist tourists in providing more accurate information on waterfall tourism services at the foot of Mount Salak.

Abstract

Asset data management at SMPIT Putra Cendekia is currently still being done manually. Recording and storage is written in long books, and data is stored in archive form, so there is a high possibility of loss of archive books, exposure to rain, burns, and others. The amount of data that is large and not fixed makes the administration and operators take a long time to find archived data if at any time the archive data wants to be used. Therefore, an information system for managing school asset data is needed, so as to facilitate the administration and operators in managing accurate data and data collection. In this study, researchers used one type of qualitative method, namely the grounded theory method by collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. This application is made using React JS as Front-end and PHP with XAMPP as Back-end in making RestAPI. To facilitate work in the form of input, expenditure, and reporting as well as to prevent errors that often occur today.

Abstract

Garbage is leftover material that is produced from a production process both industrial and household. Then need treatment to overcome the problems that arise from waste, one of which is the existence of a garbage bank. In processing data in a garbage bank, it is still done manually by recording it with books. Therefore, along with the rapid advancement of technology, a desktop-based system is created that can help the process of waste transactions at the garbage bank. In the process of making the system was carried out by research at the Garbage Bank RW.13, Depok City. This research uses the method of observation, data collection and interviews The results of this study using black box testing showed that the functional system was running well and was able to follow the data processing system in accordance with the processing of RW.13 waste bank data and assisted officers in serving balance checking transactions and exchanging balances into cash effectively, which is desktop based with Java programming language

Abstract

Mata Foto Studio is a rapidly growing Photo Studio located in the city of Jakarta. Providing types of photo category choices according to the customer's wishes, while the problem that occurs in this studio is the ordering system and reports that still use Microsoft Excel. From the results of the analysis carried out, the author intends to help the problems that exist in Mata Foto Studio, namely by creating a desktop-based information system. The tools used in building the system, namely Context Diagram, and DFD. The development of this information system uses the PHP programming language and uses the MySql database. With the desktop-based Mata Foto Studio ordering information system, it is hoped that it will facilitate the ordering process, transactions, and report data processing. This makes it easier for the customer to place an order.

Abstract

A product catalog website is a marketing and promotional medium that can be used by Small and Medium Enterprises to expand market share and increase competitiveness in the era of global competition. This research aims to design a website for the Alizetti Semarang furniture product catalog, using the Five Stage Model development method. The designed website has elegant design characteristics, can adapt to various user laptop screen resolutions. The research results show that the furniture product catalog website can increase the knowledge and capabilities of Alizetti Business in utilizing information and communication technology, as well as maintaining relationships with customers and increasing market potential. It is hoped that this furniture product catalog website can be an example for other businesses in Indonesia to develop their business online or website-based.

Abstract

This article presents the results of the engineering research on the Biological Safety Cabinet (BSC) which is commonly used in medical sample laboratories to protecting the workers and ensure that no dangerous infectious agent material escapes from the cabinet. This research used a combination technique of ultraviolet (UV) sterilization and evaporation of disinfectant liquid, the duration and discharge of each method can be controlled. The selection of UV light source power, air circulation flow and disinfectant liquid rate takes into account of the size of the BSC work space. The method used in this research is integrating the ATMega328P module, anemometer sensor module, mist maker module and solid state relay (SSR) module. The test of parameters used are the level of UV light radiation, air circulation discharge and the relative humidity level of air exposed to disinfectant liquid mist in the BSC work space. Testing is carried out by taking data for each parameter. Next, the test data is analyzed based on literature references to determine of he feasibility and classification of the engineered BSC

Abstract

Al Hikmah Semesta Cooperative, Pegandon Branch, is a savings and loans office that helps the community in terms of business financing, agricultural capital, savings in the form of deposits, a cooperative structure that provides loans to customers, interest rates on various credits, etc. Problems with the Al Hikmah Semesta Cooperative loan application system, Pegandon Branch. This system still uses a manual system where data is collected via the Excel application, which is of course vulnerable to data loss and damage. The information system of the Al Hikmah Semestah Community Cooperative Pegundon Branch will make the provision of financial information to users of financial reports more effective and precise. The success of the role of the information system can be measured from the effectiveness of presenting borrower data reports. If the loan application information system plays a good role in its implementation, this system can produce effective and high-quality borrower data reports that become the basis for decision making.

Abstract

The object of this research is companies operating in the garment industry which must compete with other garment companies. This research focuses on measuring the backpack production process time in the sewing section. Problems occur because production targets are not achieved, where a mismatch in the tasks assigned to workers causes an imbalance in the line which prevents the expected level of productivity from being achieved. This is because there is no standard time for each process and the track efficiency is not yet balanced. This research aims to determine the standard sewing time for line 1, determine the efficiency value of the initial line and maximize the line. The method used is Line Balancing Ranked Position Weight (RPW), a process time measurement method that prioritizes the longest work element time first to be placed on another work station which represents the lower work element time. Based on data analysis, it is known that the cycle time on the initial route is high and the line efficiency value is small with a total of 9 work stations. For this reason, the researchers made a proposed line by moving work elements and adding work stations to a total of 15 work stations. The conclusions of this research are (1) The cause of not achieving backpack bag production is because the cycle time is not balanced. (2) The initial standard time for line 1 sewing is 187.7 seconds. After improvements the standard time became 93.5 seconds. (3) Application of the Ranked Position Weight method produces a previous track efficiency of 60.32% and after improvements it is 72.67%. (4) Moving work elements results in better line balance and affects the level of worker productivity

Abstract

Project management is at the core of a contracting company's operations in the modern construction industry. This study aims to evaluate the impact of implementing the Project Management Information System (SIMPRO) in the context of operational efficiency, competitive ability and regulatory compliance. The research method used is a literature review, which analyzes various sources related to SIMPRO implementation and its effects on contractor companies. The study results show that SIMPRO can increase operational efficiency by providing an integrated platform for managing project data, facilitating fast and appropriate decision making, and strengthening company compliance with regulations and safety standards. Despite facing implementation challenges, the benefits offered by SIMPRO provide a valuable investment for contracting companies in facing an increasingly competitive and dynamic business environment in the construction industry.
