Postoperative pain is a common complaint after cesarean section and may affect comfort and recovery. This study aimed to analyze the effect of autogenic relaxation on pain scores among post-cesarean patients at RSIA Rosiva Medan in 2021. A total of 46 respondents were included. Pain scores were assessed before and after the intervention and analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. Before the intervention, 29 respondents (63.0%) reported moderate pain and 17 (37.0%) controlled severe pain. After the intervention, 32 respondents (69.6%) reported mild pain and 14 (30.4%) moderate pain. The thesis reported a p-value of 0.000, conventionally reported as p < 0.001. The findings indicate a statistically significant difference in pain scores before and after autogenic relaxation. This technique may be considered as a complementary non-pharmacological nursing intervention when clinically appropriate.
