The development of new features in an information system can increase the complexity of program logic, requiring testing approaches that systematically evaluate execution paths. The Research and Community Service Management Information System (SIMP3M) at Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya has been enhanced with a new Claim Output Module that manages data validation, database storage, and supporting document uploads. This study aims to evaluate the logical structure of the simpan_claim_luaran() function in the Claim Output Module using White Box Testing with the Basis Path technique. The research method involved analyzing the program structure, constructing a Control Flow Graph (CFG), calculating Cyclomatic Complexity, identifying Independent Paths, and developing and executing test cases based on the identified independent paths. The results show that the tested function consists of 18 nodes, 21 edges, and 4 predicate nodes, with a Cyclomatic Complexity value of 5. Based on this value, 5 Independent Paths were identified, covering authentication failure, data validation failure, database storage failure, file upload failure, and successful execution conditions. Testing of the five paths showed that all test cases produced outputs consistent with the expected results. Therefore, the Basis Path technique can be systematically applied to evaluate and validate the logical structure of the function in the Claim Output Module.
