<![CDATA[The electric power distribution system plays a critical role in delivering electrical energy from sub-stations to final consumers. Voltage quality is a key indicator of distribution system reliability, as unstable voltage can cause equipment malfunctions and reduce customer satisfaction. Voltage drop often occurs in distribution feeders due to line length, high load, and conductor characteristics. This condition is also identified in the TC-11 Express Feeder at the Pulo Tiga Switchyard, supplied by the Tualang Cut Sub-station under PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Langsa, where a decline in voltage quality has been observed at several network points. This study aims to analyze the voltage profile, identify the primary factors causing voltage drop, and determine the most effective improvement methods to enhance voltage quality. The research methodology adopts a descriptive-analytical approach combined with quantitative analysis using technical network data, including load current, line impedance, and feeder length. The standard references utilized are SPLN D3.002-1: 2012 guidelines. Technical improvement methods evaluated in this study are network reconfiguration, capacitor bank installation, and transformer tap changer adjustment. The results of this study are expected to provide an objective technical reference for PLN in optimizing voltage profiles and ensuring sustainable electricity service quality.]]>
