PT Inscienpro Instrumen Indonesia faces challenges in managing customer data manually using spreadsheets, leading to data errors and missed repeat order opportunities. This study aims to design and develop a web-based CRM system integrated with the Apriori algorithm to analyze purchase history and provide automated follow-up reminders. The system was developed using the Waterfall model with Laravel and MySQL. The system consists of 7 main tables and 10 functional modules. The Apriori algorithm was tested on 100 transactions, generating 3 frequent 2-itemsets with support values of 24%-27% and association rules with confidence reaching 100%, such as Borax Test Kit - Formaldehyde Test Kit. Black Box testing on 8 modules showed 100% success across 42 scenarios, while White Box testing validated 5 critical modules covering login, customer, product, transaction, and follow-up features. The follow-up reminder system successfully generates schedules based on 12-month calibration and expiry periods with 5 filtering statuses. This integrated system provides valuable insights for data-driven decision-making and improves operational efficiency in customer relationship management at the company.
