Bullying remains a critical challenge in schools, requiring systematic management beyond immediate disciplinary responses. This study analyzes how Guidance and Counseling (BK) services manage bullying cases at Junior High School 16, Jambi City. This qualitative descriptive study employed interviews, observations, and documentation. The study analyzed data using the POAC management framework, consisting of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. The findings indicate that BK service management has been implemented through teacher coordination, the establishment of a Violence Prevention and Handling Team, individual counseling, disciplinary actions, and student reporting channels. However, the evaluation stage remains limited because monitoring primarily focuses on case resolution rather than students' psychological recovery. This study emphasizes the necessity of strengthening follow-up evaluation and recovery-oriented counseling management to support student welfare and create a safer school environment.
