Abstract

Abstract: Exclusive breastfeeding plays a crucial role in supporting infant health and growth. Data analysis was conducted using univariate and bivariate methods, specifically the paired samples t-test with α = 0.05. The mean knowledge score increased from 63.84 pre-education to 81.19 post-education, representing an increase of 17.35 points. The paired samples t-test revealed a significant difference between pre- and post-education scores (t = 82.558; df = 30; p < 0.001). Education on exclusive breastfeeding significantly improves the knowledge of breastfeeding mothers and can serve as a promotional strategy to support the success of exclusive breastfeeding.
