Abstract

This research aims to develop a STEAM-based e-Chemistry Magazine as a teaching material on electrolyte and non-electrolyte solution materials and determine its conceptual feasibility. The product was developed using the Lee & Owens development model consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The research instruments included interview guidelines and questionnaires. The product was validated by media experts and material experts, evaluated by chemistry teachers, and tested on a small group of Grade XII science students at SMA Negeri 2 Jambi City. The results showed that the average validation scores from media experts and material experts were 4.8 and 4.6, respectively, both categorized as very feasible. The teacher assessment obtained an average score of 4.7 (very feasible), while student responses reached 87.69% (very good category). Therefore, the developed STEAM-based e-Chemistry Magazine is conceptually feasible as an innovative digital teaching material to support learning on electrolyte and non-electrolyte solution materials.
