<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, work motivation, and work environment on teacher job satisfaction at SD Negeri 4 Pasir Panjang, Pangkalan Bun. This study employed a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to the respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination to determine the effect of each independent variable on teacher job satisfaction. The results showed that transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. Work motivation also had a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. In addition, the work environment had a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. Simultaneously, transformational leadership, work motivation, and work environment had a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction, as indicated by the F-test significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.721 indicates that transformational leadership, work motivation, and work environment explained 72.1% of the variation in teacher job satisfaction, while the remaining 27.9% was influenced by other factors outside the research model, such as discipline, compensation, and workload. Based on these findings, improving transformational leadership, work motivation, and creating a conducive work environment are important to increase teacher job satisfaction at SD Negeri 4 Pasir Panjang.]]>
