<![CDATA[This study aims to test and analyze the effect of work from anywhere on employee performance at BBGTK Central Java Province, test and analyze the effect of work life balance on employee performance at BBGTK Central Java Province, test and analyze the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance at BBGTK Central Java Province, test and analyze the effect of digital competence on employee performance at BBGTK Central Java Province.This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The object of this research isemployees at BBGTK Central Java Province. The sampling technique used was random sampling. The sample size was 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression with hypothesis testing using the t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R2).
