This study aims to develop an e-dictionary learning resource using the Canva and Book Creator applications for teaching English vocabulary to fourth-grade students at Saentis Public Elementary School 101777, as well as to determine the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the developed resource. This study is a research and development (R&D) project using the 4D model, which includes the Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate stages. The research subjects were fourth-grade students at Saentis Public Elementary School 101777. Data collection techniques included interviews, questionnaires, and learning outcome tests. The data were analyzed using both quantitative and qualitative descriptive methods. The results showed that the e-dictionary media achieved a validity percentage of 96% from subject matter experts and 96% from media experts, both falling into the “highly valid” category. The assessment by education practitioners yielded a percentage of 97%, classified as “highly practical.” The effectiveness test results indicated an improvement in student learning outcomes, as evidenced by the average pretest score of 50 increasing to 92.87 on the posttest. The N-Gain calculation yielded a score of 0.77 (high category) with an effectiveness percentage of 77.42% (effective category). Thus, the e-dictionary learning tool supported by the Canva and Book Creator applications is deemed valid, practical, and effective, making it suitable for use as a learning tool to improve elementary school students’ mastery of English vocabulary.
