The development of social media has created a new space for communities to express public concerns, including environmental problems. In Sindang Jaya District, Tangerang Regency, residents affected by smoke from illegal waste disposal sites tended not to express objections directly because they felt they had limited access to influence policy. This study examines the role of TikTok content in addressing air pollution caused by illegal waste burning and analyzes @bapakmilenial.tng as an opinion leader. A qualitative single-case study was conducted using observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, purposive sampling, and data triangulation. The findings show that the account functions as a medium for information, education, and public concern, while Rizki builds trust, verifies community reports, bridges communication with relevant authorities, and sustains public attention. TikTok content contributed to raising and maintaining attention to the issue, although it cannot be considered the sole cause of government action. The findings confirm the relevance of the two-step flow of communication in a digital media context.
