Increasing community activities in central Banda Aceh have led to higher traffic volumes during peak hours. This study aims to analyze the performance of Teuku Umar Street, Baiturrahman District, based on traffic volume, road capacity, degree of saturation (DS), and Level of Service (LOS). A quantitative approach was applied through field surveys conducted on June 28, 29, 30, and July 3, 2026. The analysis followed the Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI) 2023 by converting traffic volumes into Light Vehicle Units (LVU). The results showed a peak traffic volume of 1,109 LVU/hour, a road capacity of 1,321 LVU/hour, and a degree of saturation of 0.84. The road was classified as LOS D, indicating unstable traffic flow and limited vehicle movement. This condition requires attention to anticipate future increases in traffic volume.
