Vocational education requires a collaboration model capable of aligning school-based learning with the needs of business and industry (DUDI). This study aims to develop the Integrated School–Industry Collaborative Management Model (MKSI-T) as a systematic collaboration framework for improving student competence in Vocational High Schools (SMK). The study employs a qualitative multicase design at SMKN 3 Tuban and SMKS Taruna Jaya Prawira Tuban, with data gathered through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña. The findings show that school–industry collaboration is more effective when managed through ten interconnected stages, from the alignment of shared vision to feedback as the basis for the next collaboration cycle, which together constitute the MKSI-T Model. The model offers both conceptual and practical contributions to vocational education management and is adaptable across different vocational programs.
