This study was motivated by the difficulty experienced by third-grade elementary school students in understanding the abstract concept of fractions, along with the limited availability of attractive visual learning media in mathematics instruction. This study aimed to describe the design, validity, practicality, and student response toward a Canva-based e-book learning medium on fraction material for third-grade elementary school students. This research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the 4-D development model, consisting of four stages: define, design, develop, and disseminate. The trial subjects consisted of 28 third-grade students of SD Negeri 6 Muara Dua, selected through saturated sampling. Data were collected through expert validation questionnaires, practitioner practicality questionnaires, student response questionnaires, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively using percentage techniques. The results showed that the Canva-based e-book was declared very valid, with an average validity score of 84.70% based on assessments from language, material, and media experts. The practicality test by the class teacher obtained a score of 96.36% (very practical), while student responses reached 89.87% (very good). These findings indicate that the Canva-based e-book is feasible and effective for use as an interactive mathematics learning medium on fraction material in elementary school.
