<![CDATA[Employee performance is an important aspect in supporting a company’s success in achieving its organizational goals. Effective communication and coordination are needed to ensure that work activities run smoothly and contribute to improved employee performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of communication and coordination on employee performance at PT Buana Arta Toolindo in Tangerang and Bekasi. A quantitative method was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 33 employees. A saturated sampling technique was used, meaning that the entire population was included as the research sample. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 25 through data quality tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing, coefficient of determination, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that communication has no significant partial effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 0.535 and a significance value of 0.596, while coordination has a significant effect, with a t-value of 2.282 and a significance value of 0.030. Simultaneously, communication and coordination have a significant effect on employee performance, with an F-value of 11.034 and a significance value of 0.000. The R² value of 0.424 indicates that both variables xexplain 42.4% of the xvariation in employee performance.]]>
