<![CDATA[increasingly fierce business competition compels companies to pay attention to factors influencing employee performance, specifically work-life balance and work stress management. PT Global Mitra Intitama, a company specializing in energy-efficient products, faces challenges regarding long employee working hours, which potentially disrupt work-life balance and increase work stress. This study aims to examine the impact of work-life balance and work stress on employee performance at PT Global Mitra Intitama, both individually and simultaneously. A quantitative method was employed using a survey approach, with questionnaires distributed to 47 administrative employees in West Jakarta selected via the saturated sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26. The results indicate that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t-calculated 2.592 > t-table 2.01537; sig. 0.013). Work stress also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t-calculated 3.366 > t-table 2.01537; sig. 0.002). Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence employee performance (F-calculated 5.680; sig. 0.006), with an R-Square value of 0.205, indicating that these variables explain 20.5% of the variation in employee performance, while the remaining 79.5% is influenced by factors outside the scope of this study.
