<![CDATA[This study aimed to determine the effect of Human Resource Management (HRM) on Teacher Performance at SDIT Al-Fityan School Bogor. Human Resource Management is an important factor in improving the quality and effectiveness of teacher performance. Effective human resource management is expected to encourage teachers to carry out their duties and responsibilities optimally. This research employed a quantitative approach using an ex post facto method. The population consisted of all teachers at SDIT Al-Fityan School Bogor. The sample comprised 20 teachers selected through a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires developed based on the indicators of Human Resource Management and Teacher Performance variables. Data analysis was conducted using the normality test, Spearman Rank Correlation (Spearman’s Rho), and significance testing (t-test). The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of Human Resource Management on Teacher Performance at SDIT Al-Fityan School Bogor. This finding was indicated by a Spearman Rank correlation coefficient of 0.808, which falls into the very strong category, and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, the research hypothesis (H₁) was accepted, while the null hypothesis (H₀) was rejected. These findings indicate that the better the implementation of Human Resource Management in schools, the higher the level of teacher performance in carrying out their professional duties.]]>
