The export container delivery process requires effective coordination between trucking companies and port parties to ensure timely delivery performance. However, operational problems such as delays in container arrival, differences in scheduling information, and ineffective communication between related parties may disrupt the export delivery process. This study aims to determine the influence of the coordination model between trucking companies and port parties on the timeliness of export container delivery at PT Maxqy Staryens Logistik. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample consisted of 50 respondents selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results showed that the coordination model has a positive and significant influence on export container delivery timeliness. The significance value obtained was less than 0.001, indicating that the coordination model significantly affects delivery performance. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination value was 70.5%, which means that the coordination model contributes significantly to explaining variations in export container delivery timeliness. Therefore, improving communication, information integration, and cooperation between trucking companies and port parties is essential to reduce delays and improve the effectiveness of export container delivery processes.
