This study examines the effects of credit risk, liquidity risk, and operational risk on the financial performance of PT Bank Central Asia, Pluit Kencana Branch, during 2023-2025. The study uses a quantitative causal associative approach with 36 months of time-series data. Credit risk is proxied by Non-Performing Loan (NPL), liquidity risk by Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), operational risk by Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO), and financial performance by Return on Assets (ROA). Multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing were applied at a 5 percent significance level. The results show that NPL has a negative and significant effect on ROA, with a significance value of 0.012 and a coefficient of -0.452. LDR has a positive and significant effect on ROA, with a significance value of 0.021 and a coefficient of 0.031. BOPO has a negative and significant effect on ROA, with a significance value of 0.005 and a coefficient of -0.025. Simultaneously, NPL, LDR, and BOPO significantly affect ROA, with an F-statistic of 24.583 and a significance value of 0.000. The model explains 76.2 percent of ROA variation based on the Adjusted R Square reported in the thesis, while the remaining variation is associated with factors outside the model. The findings highlight the importance of integrated management of credit quality, liquidity, and operational efficiency in maintaining branch financial performance.
