<![CDATA[This study analyze the implememtation of guidance provided by Community Counsleors at the Balai Pemasyarakatan Kelas II Madiun for child clients as an effort to improve their personality development, as well as identifying the supporting and inhibiting factors ins implementation. The guidance provided by Balai Pemasyarakatan Kelas II Madiun through community counselors is implemented comprehensively through the preparation of community research, the development of guidance programs, assistance, and supervision of child clients. The implementation of guidance is influenced by various supporting and inhibiting factors. Overall, the guidance provided by Bapas II Madiun has been implemented in accordance with duties and functions of community counselors and contributes to improving the personality development and readiness for social reintgration of child clients. However, further efforts are still required to trengthen inter- institustional synergy and environmental support in order to optimize the implementation of guidance for child clients]]>
