This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of  motivational mentoring based on reflective videos in strengthening the sense of responsibility, enhancing learning motivation, and fostering future orientation among final-year students at Sunan Muria Dormitory. The program involved approximately 150 participants and employed reflective video screenings accompanied by reinforcement sessions delivered by dormitory administrators. The program was evaluated using a questionnaire measuring participants' recall of the material, perceived usefulness, experienced changes, and responses regarding the sustainability of the program. The evaluation results indicate that most participants still remembered the material presented, particularly messages related to the struggles and sacrifices of parents, and reported that the program provided meaningful benefits and positive impacts, including increased learning motivation, stronger responsibility, and greater encouragement to prepare for their future. Therefore, educational-motivational mentoring based on reflective videos has the potential to serve as an effective strategy for strengthening responsibility, enhancing learning motivation, and fostering future orientation among students.
