This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational communication on employee performance at the Gorontalo City Library and Archives Office. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey design. The population consisted of 30 employees, and all were sampled using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using structured questionnaires with Likert scales and analyzed using simple linear regression, t-test, and coefficient of determination (R²) via SPSS 20.0. The findings revealed that organizational communication (X) and employee performance (Y) were in the high category at 89.6% and 89.2%, respectively. The simple linear regression model was Y = 36.874 + 0.584X. Hypothesis testing yielded tcount (5.634) > ttable (1.701) at α = 0.05, confirming that organizational communication significantly affects employee performance. The R² value of 0.531 indicates that organizational communication accounts for 53.1% of the variance in employee performance, while the remaining 46.9% is influenced by unexamined variables. The study concludes that organizational communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
