This study aims to analyze students’ satisfaction with Guidance and Counseling (GC) services regarding the implementation of the government program “7 Jurus BK Hebat: Kenali Potensi” in senior high schools. Using a quantitative descriptive-comparative design, 209 respondents were selected through purposive sampling, a non-probability method with limitations for generalizing the findings. The instrument measured four dimensions: multiple intelligences, learning styles, career readiness, and service satisfaction. To evaluate satisfaction levels and identify demographic differences, data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent-samples t-tests, and One-Way ANOVA. Results showed high overall satisfaction (Mean = 3.14), with the intelligence dimension scoring highest (Mean= 3.19). While ANOVA showed no significant difference across grade levels (p = 0.240), the t-test revealed a significant disparity by gender (p = 0.001). These findings confirm the program's effectiveness in enhancing self-understanding but underscore gender's influence on service perception. Consequently, this study suggests a theoretical and practical shift toward gender-responsive counseling. GC teachers should adapt their intervention strategies to bridge the satisfaction gap and ensure equitable support for all students.
