Drug abuse severely degrades individual character, legal awareness, and national moral values, while societal stigma complicates the recovery process. The Baitu Syifa Foundation in Medan plays a pivotal role in drug rehabilitation, yet character building based on Pancasila values within its programs requires optimization. This study aims to analyze the urgency of internalizing Pancasila values in transforming the character of drug addicts at the Baitu Syifa Foundation Medan. An explanatory qualitative approach with socio-educational methods was employed, incorporating field observations, in-depth interviews, reflective journals, and skill development activities. The findings indicate that structured internalization of Pancasila values encompassing Divine, Humanitarian, Unity, Democracy, and Social Justice dimensions effectively enhances legal consciousness, moral responsibility, and social readiness among residents (Thalib). This study concludes that holistically internalizing Pancasila values bridges the gap between medical-religious rehabilitation and civic character transformation, equipping residents for successful social reintegration.
