This study Ini the low science learning outcomes among fifth-grade students, where 39.77% failed to meet the minimum learning achievement criteria, attributed to limited active engagement caused by teacher-centered instruction. The Teams Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model was implemented to foster collaborative understanding, combined with a Gemini AI-based interactive game media to create a more enjoyable learning atmosphere. This research aimed to examine the effect of TGT assisted by Gemini AI on students' science learning outcomes on the Human Digestive System topic. A quantitative approach with a Quasi-Experimental, Posttest-Only Control Group Design was employed. Forty-two fifth-grade students, divided into an experimental class (TGT with Gemini AI) and a control class (conventional learning), were selected through purposive sampling with class-level random assignment. Data were analyzed using an Independent Sample T-test in IBM SPSS 27. Results showed a t-value of 2.325 (t-table = 2.021) with a significance value of 0.025 (p 0.05), indicating a significant effect of the TGT model assisted by Gemini AI on students' science learning outcomes. The experimental class achieved a mean posttest score of 76.1, compared to 65.8 in the control class, with a medium-to-large effect size (Cohen's d = 0.71). These findings suggest that TGT combined with AI-based interactive media is a promising alternative strategy to reduce student boredom and improve elementary science learning outcomes.
