This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the PT Telkom Metropolitan Consumer Cooperative. The study employs a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population and sample consist of 42 employees, selected using the saturated sampling technique. Data were collected via Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using IBM SPSS version 27, involving instrument testing (validity and reliability tests), classical assumption testing (normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests), and hypothesis testing (t-test, F-test, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination test). The results indicate that work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously.
