<![CDATA[This study aims to: (1) describe Employee Performance, Work Loyalty, and Work Discipline; and (2) analyze the effects of Work Loyalty and Work Discipline on Employee Performance, both partially and simultaneously. The population of this study consisted of all employees of the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Sikka Regency, totaling 70 employees. Given the relatively large population size, the sampling technique employed was probability sampling using the simple random sampling method. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in a sample of 41 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods, specifically multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing was conducted using the F-test and t-test. The results of the descriptive analysis indicate that Employee Performance was categorized as good, Work Loyalty was categorized as good, and Work Discipline was also categorized as good. The results of the t-test show that, partially, Work Loyalty has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Furthermore, Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The results of the F-test indicate that, simultaneously, Work Loyalty and Work Discipline have a significant effect on Employee Performance.]]>
