<![CDATA[This study aims to: (1) describe employee performance, self-efficacy, and work discipline; and (2) analyze the effects of self-efficacy and work discipline on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously.The population of this study consisted of 42 employees of the Sikka Regency Tourism and Culture Office. Since the population was relatively small and manageable, a census or saturated sampling technique was employed, whereby all members of the population were included as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods, namely multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing was conducted using the F-test and t-test. The results of the descriptive analysis indicate that employee performance was categorized as good, self-efficacy was categorized as good, and work discipline was also categorized as good. The results of the t-test show that, partially, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the F-test indicate that, simultaneously, self-efficacy and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination analysis shows that the two independent variables in this study explain 55.4% of the variation in employee performance at the Sikka Regency Tourism and Culture Office.]]>
