This study aims to determine and analyze the implementation of the function of the proprium chant in the Easter Eucharistic Celebration at the Santa Theresia Loang Station. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation and analyzed through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data was tested by triangulation of sources and triangulation of techniques. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the function of the proprium chant in the Easter Eucharistic Celebration at the Santa Theresia Loang Station has been carried out through liturgical, theological, pastoral, and spiritual functions. Liturgically, the proprium chant supports the course of the rite, marks parts of the liturgy, and helps transition between parts of the celebration so that the liturgy takes place more orderly and continuously. Theologically, the content of the chant text helps emphasize the mystery of Christ's resurrection, however, the congregation's understanding of the theological meaning of the chant is still diverse. Pastorally, the proprium chant encourages congregational participation, helps appreciate the Easter atmosphere, and has been adapted to the local context, although congregational involvement is not evenly distributed in all parts of the chant. Spiritually, the proprium chant helps establish an atmosphere of prayer, serves as an expression of praise and gratitude, and supports a personal appreciation of Christ's resurrection, although the level of spiritual understanding varies among congregants. Thus, the proprium chant has been implemented effectively, but further liturgical formation is needed to deepen the congregation's understanding and appreciation of their faith.
