This study aims to determine the effect of training and career development on employee productivity at H&M in the Mall of Indonesia, both partially and simultaneously. The study employs a quantitative, descriptive approach. The sampling technique used was saturation sampling, in which the entire population was included in the sample, resulting in 82 respondents. Data collection was conducted using a research instrument, which was subsequently analyzed using classical assumption tests, linear regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that training has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. This is demonstrated by the regression equation Y = 18.176 + 0.590X, with a correlation coefficient of 0.715 indicating a strong relationship and a coefficient of determination of 51.1%. The hypothesis test yielded a calculated t-value of 9.138 > the critical t-value of 1.990, confirming that training has a significant effect on employee productivity. Career development also has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, with the regression equation Y = 17.034 + 0.618X, a correlation coefficient of 0.732 indicating a very strong relationship, and a coefficient of determination of 57.5%. The calculated t-value of 9.602 > 1.990 indicates a significant effect. Simultaneously, training and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, with the equation Y = 15.152 + 0.288X1 + 0.376X2, a correlation of 0.758, and a coefficient of determination of 63.2%. The F-test yielded a value of 53.398 > 3.11, indicating that both variables together have a significant effect on employee productivity.
