Abstract

Handsanitizer is a non-rinsed hand sanitizer that is useful for preventing the spread of covid-19. Through Community Service Activities, it is expected to increase understanding and insight about management science and specifically in the field of health management. PKM are carried out as an effort to provide health education and training skills in the manufacture of natural handsanitizers as well as to become material for study and input for PKK women Sawah Ciputat Urban Village women to be able to implement them in their daily activities in the pandemic era Covid-19. This activities was carried out through a lecture method by inviting PKK women to be actively involved in Community Service Activities organized by the Faculty of Business Management at University of Pamulang. Community Service activities were carried out on May 20-21, 2020. The results of the Community Service activities concluded that basically PKK women in Sawah Village had quite good abilities in the practice of making handsanitizers. This is evident from their abilities to practice making and using handsanitizers in a way, there are good and right. The expectation of this Community Service activities are quality and creativity in making handsanitizers continue to increase and they dare to market handsanitizers. Then, they can be improve their economies.Keywords: Handsanitizer, Skill Training, Pandemic Era Covid-19.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis besarnya pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Money Changer Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cabang Soekarno-Hatta secara parsial dan simultan. Hal ini dikarenakan melonjaknya pengunjung bandara Soekarno-Hatta rute internasional setelah berakhirnya masa pandemi Covid-19. Meskipun begitu, terdapat beberapa permasalahan mengenai kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan 62 responden. Penelitian dilakukan di Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) cabang Soekarno-Hatta dari bulan Januari 2023 sampai dengan Desember 2023. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja. Disiplin Kerja juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja. Selain itu, hasil penelitian menjelaskan juga bahwa Kepuasan Kerja dan Disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work motivation and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT Sahabat Jaya Sukses Abadi in Tangerang City. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, namely 82 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that work motivation has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a coefficient of determination value of 51.7% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (9.252 > 1.990). The work environment has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a coefficient of determination value of 39.2% and hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (7.189 > 1.990). Work motivation and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 8.129 + 0.488X1 + 0.306X2. The coefficient of determination value is 57.9% while the remaining 42.1% is influenced by the coefficient of determination of all variables. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (54.217 > 2.720).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the partial and simultaneous effects of work training and remuneration on employee performance. quantitative research approach that makes use of questionnaires, observational data gathering methods, and literature analysis. using an 80-person sample size. Research findings: The calculated t value > t table or 13.220 > t table 1.664 and the sig value. 0.000 < sig value 5% (0.05) and the calculated t value > t table or 8.228 > t table 1.664 and the sig value. 0.000 < sig value 5% (0.05) were among the partial research results that demonstrated this. These findings suggest that PT. Allianz BSD Insurance telemarketing employees' performance is positively and significantly impacted by both training and compensation. In addition, the sig. 0.000 < sig value 5% (0.05) and the computed F value of 88.075 > F table 2.72 both show that pay and training combined have a favorable and substantial impact on the performance of telemarketing staff at PT. Allianz BSD Insurance.

Abstract

This research was conducted because there were problems related to the lack of training and career development which were thought to affect employee performance at PT. Temprint West Jakarta. This research aims to examine the effect of training and career development on employee performance at PT. Tempprint West Jakarta. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Tempprint West Jakarta and the research sample was 80 employees. Data analysis using simple, multiple linear regression, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The results of this research show that simultaneously the training and career development variables have a significant effect on employee performance. The significant positive influence on the variables training (X1) and career development (X2) has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y) with a correlation value of 0.835, meaning it has a strong influence. Coefficient of determination 83.5%. Hypothesis testing obtained fcount > ftable or (194.885 > 3.115). The resulting tcount (17.952) > ttable value (1.664) and the p-value is also clearly significant, namely less than the specified significance level (0.000 < 0.05). Thus, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so from this research it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables Training (X1) and Career Development (X2) on employee performance (Y) PT. Tempprint West Jakarta.

Abstract

Berdasarkan permasalahan-permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam dunia Pendidikan saat ini dalam pemanfataan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi melalui pembelajaran e-learning, diperlukan solusi dan pendekatan yang tepat agar permasalah yang dihadapi dapat segera teratasi antar lain dengan m emberikan pelatihan, pendampingan dan uji hasil pembuatan media pembelajaran digital yang inovatif menggunakan software zoom meeting, google meet serta pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi media digital seperti canva, quizziz dan kahoot. Luaran yang ingin dicapai dalam kegiatan PKM ini adalah mitra mampu melakukan instalasi dan konfigurasi e-learning berbasis open source, mempu membuat media pembelajaran digital yang inovatif, mampu menggunakan media pembelajaran digital yang inovatif, mampu melakukan pembelajaran e-learing, Sekolah menerapkan sistem pembelajaran e- learning untuk mewujudkan Pondok Pesantren Berbasis ITC (information and communication tecnology). Dengan memberikan Pendampingan/Pembinaan ntuk mengimplementasikan hasil pelatihan dan workshop, serta Evaluasi untuk mengukur keberhasilan dari kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan, meliputi evaluasi proses, akhir, dan evaluasi tindak lanjut dan diharapkan kedepannya bisa diterapkan secara berkala.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Bank Central Asia Bumi Serpong Damai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana dan berganda. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 80 orang karyawan di perusahaan yang telah dipilih secara acak. Hasil dari uji regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan bahwa baik variabel lingkungan kerja fisik maupun disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Koefisien regresi lingkungan kerja fisik adalah 0,512, yang berarti setiap peningkatan satu unit lingkungan kerja fisik akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,512 satuan. Sedangkan disiplin kerja memiliki koefisien regresi sebesar 0,772, yang berarti setiap peningkatan satu unit disiplin kerja akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,772 satuan. Hasil uji regresi linier berganda mengungkapkan bahwa kedua variabel tersebut secara simultan memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,492, yang berarti 49,2% variasi kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel tersebut. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi untuk kedua variabel independen (lingkungan kerja fisik dan disiplin kerja) lebih kecil dari 0,05, sehingga hipotesis diterima. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, perusahaan disarankan untuk meningkatkan lingkungan kerja fisik dan disiplin kerja guna meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.
