<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Work Discipline and Motivation on Employee Performance at the Soebono Mantofani Foundation, Ciputat, South Tangerang both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used sampling and obtained a sample in this study totaling 82 respondents. data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing, the result of this study is the regression equation Y = 19.350 + 0.390 X1 + 0.325 X2. This is proven by the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing. The hypothesis test obtained the value of F count> F table (30.374> 3.11) and strengthened by a significant value <0.50 (0.000 <0.050) the test results of the coefficient of determination of discipline (X1) and motivation (X2) have an influence of 56.6% on employee performance at the Soebono Mantofani Foundation, South Tangerang. Thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that it is proven that there is a simultaneous significant influence between work discipline (X1) and motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y).]]>
